GoalConnect Sandra organises and books training, camps, courses and guest clinics delivered by self-employed coaches. It does not arrange employment contracts with clubs or associations, or player moves.

About me
Organisation is my craft. Football is my home.
I am Sandra Lochmann, a project manager, headhunter and mother of two football-loving sons. For over 20 years, I led projects, built teams and developed organisations in international corporations, including Siemens, Bayer, BMW and Infineon.
Since 2025, I have been bringing this craft into football. I organise camps, build brands and websites, and take care of everything that needs to work off the pitch so that coaches can focus on training. Together with goalkeeper coach Tom Deppisch, I initiated the Elite GK Coaching on Tour brand. At Goalkeepers Lab, I am the point of contact for collaboration between Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
I work in five languages: German, English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
